  If i could give this place less than 1 I would. I applied for an apartment and gave them $500 of my hard earned money as a deposit when I contacted them 3 days later to say I was going with other place and wanted the deposit back they said sorry you cant have your money back. I was shocked to say the least. I was at this point made aware that I had 48 hours from the time of approval to make a choice. So I had 2 very short days to decide which would have a better school zone for my child, which is a better neighborhood and so on, on top of that i was in the middle of planning and executing a birthday party for my child. So because I went 1 day outside the 48 hrs they felt its fine to take $500 dollars from me. 2 days is not enough time to do research on 2 places and plan a birthday party. Had I been made aware of this when I signed I definitely would have sent an email or called sooner. When I contacted them and told them I was not aware of this they basically said oh well. So if you were thinking about living here please think twice or remember this review. I had no warning. I would hate for a small family with minimum income to get robbed like I was. I'm telling friends and family about this so I can make as many people as i can aware of this shady stuff going on at this place.
