Had a family member pass away and was suggested this funeral home. Not very professional was being harassed by the funeral director for payment everyday, was promised prayer cards that were never delivered, the day of the service the priest was amazing but we were rushed out of there, had flowers that were sent shoved into my hands and was shown were to exit. I would not recommend this place at all especially if you have masshealth covering part of the services.

  • I had the hard task of buring one of my parishioners last week. Morse Bayliss were so kind and professional. They helped with every aspect of the funeral needs. I would recommend them to anyone. Fred & staff you rock!!

If you don't mind huge rent increases and weird lease terms to get the lowest possible rent, this place might work for you. Without even taking into account the ridiculous number of times we've had to get appliances serviced -ie washing machine settings off, dryer not drying (3 attempts to fix), refrigerator leaking water inside, ruining all our produce, not once - 3 times!) broken heater - 3 attempts to repair!). Also not taking into account that parking is not included in the rent. To park on premises - $75-$100. Have you seen the premises? very long drive way to get down into the building, not so easy when you're carrying groceries or trudging through slippery snow. Across the street (again, having to walk down long corridors in building, another long driveway to get onto the street, there's another lot park for $50. For some of us ladies, that can pose a safety issue when you're getting home from work at night. There's a high turn over of tenants, maybe that works for the management; it's obvious they don't care who their tenants are or how well we take care of the place. We are probably one of a handful of quiet (no posse of loud partiers) clean (no weird odors from our apt), and non-government subsidized rent paying tenants in the building, which is why a $200 rent increase after all the problems and inconveniences we've had with the apt (missing work having to deal with the problems) seems outrageous. I can't say anything negative about the ladies in the office who help run the place, they're pleasant and do their jobs, but have no say when it comes to the rates. Save your money and look elsewhere if you need stability in rent expenses.

  • Kathleen has been terrific. Very honest and good at communicating and answering my questions. Honestly she helped me and made the"lawyer experience very pleasant. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a lawyer.
